We do not run a depot you drive to. The car comes to you, clean and fuelled, at a time you nominate, and we collect it when you are finished. That model only works if we know the ground, so these are the areas we cover properly, with a page for each explaining what changes locally: the driveways, the parking, the roads, the occasions.

If your suburb is not listed, it does not mean no. It means ask.

Inner east

The old money and the good driveways. Leafy, well built, and full of the sort of occasions a car is hired for: weddings from the family home, school formals, milestone birthdays and weekends away east.

The city and the river

Hotels, apartments, offices and events. This is where short-notice hires and single-evening arrivals live, and where we spend most of our weekday deliveries.

Bayside and the south

The beach end of the city, where the weather decides half the brief and an open car suddenly makes sense. Wide streets, big houses and a foreshore road worth the detour.

Wine country and the ranges

Out past the suburbs the job changes. Venues sit a long way apart, driveways turn to gravel, and the drive between the ceremony and the reception becomes part of the day rather than a gap in it. We plan these against the real distances.

The coast and the peninsulas

Two peninsulas, one bay, and the best touring roads in Victoria running off the end of both. These are the hires that are really about the driving.

How coverage actually works

Within Melbourne, delivery is straightforward and usually free of drama. Further out, it is arranged case by case: distance, timing, whether the car can safely reach the address, and whether the roads at the other end suit the car you have in mind. We would rather say that up front than discover a low front splitter meets a wet gravel driveway on a wedding morning.

A few things that hold true everywhere:

The car is delivered and collected, so there is no counter and no queue
We ask about driveways, crossovers and basement ramps before we commit to a vehicle
Regional and wedding dates book out earliest, particularly through spring and autumn

Why we build a page per suburb

Because the job genuinely changes. A Docklands delivery is a basement ramp and a building manager. A Kew delivery is a heritage crossover and a school zone at the wrong time of day. A Macedon Ranges wedding is forty minutes of gravel and a weather forecast that means something. Writing one generic coverage page would hide all of that, and it is exactly the detail that decides whether a hire runs smoothly.

Each page below sets out what is specific to that area: where we can realistically hand the car over, what people there tend to hire for, and anything about the roads or the venues worth knowing before you book.

We regularly go well beyond these suburbs: down the Peninsula, out to the Surf Coast, up the Hume and into Gippsland. Distance is a planning question, not a wall. The sooner you ask, the better the chance we can arrange it properly.
